Lock in your stance and let the arrows fly. Certified instructors from South Forty Archers introduce participants to shooting a bow while building focus, confidence, and control. Equipment is available for use. A parent must stay on site.

 

Beginner

Learn essential safety and proper shooting techniques in a fun and safe setting. New and returning archers take on accuracy challenges to sharpen their skills. 

 

Intermediate

Develop skills for competition, hunting, or archery as a hobby. Instructors will cover advanced techniques like judging distance, adjusting for inclines, and pre-competition skills, including lifelike targets on the South Forty 3D course. Must have completed Beginner Archery - using your own equipment is recommended. 

Youth classes are organized as a part of Lakeville Parks and Recreation offerings. Classes are held Thursday evenings at the static range.
